Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT systems, networks, software, and digital platforms across the organisation.
Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and security protocols.
Support staff with technical issues and maintain IT helpdesk operations.
Plan and execute system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with development teams to support digital initiatives, including front-end and back-end web design.
Create and manage engaging digital presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise infrastructure.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT management, ICT, or digital operations.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
Comfortable with both front-end and back-end web development and digital platform management.
Experience creating professional digital presentations.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills.
Experience with SaaS, fintech, or tech-driven environments preferred.
Knowledge of IT best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
