What your day will look like?





In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across all online channels, including the website, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and OTA platforms, to enhance brand visibility and drive bookings.



You will manage website content and performance, oversee paid media campaigns, and analyse digital metrics to inform strategy and optimise ROI. Working closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Revenue, and Operations, you'll ensure all digital activities align with business goals and brand standards.



You will manage content creation and social media calendars, deliver targeted email campaigns, and monitor the online reputation of each property to maintain a strong and positive presence.



You will also be responsible for regular reporting and analysis which will guide continuous improvement, while your awareness of emerging trends will help keep Crimson Hotels at the forefront of digital hospitality marketing.


What You'll Bring?





The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field, with 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within hospitality or tourism.



You will have strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google and Meta Ads, email marketing, social media management, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Proficiency with CMS and CRM platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative yet data-driven approach are essential.



It is essential that you are a collaborative communicator and are able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders, to support business and revenue objectives.



Experience with hotel systems, luxury or boutique brand marketing, and certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is desirable.
