About the role




LOGEX is looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across key markets (DACH, NL, UK, Nordics). This role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven digital campaigns.



You will own the digital marketing funnel, manage our MarTech stack, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about digital innovation.

Your impact and responsibilities



Strategy & Ownership Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals Design funnel strategies, lead nurturing, and scoring models Own and optimize the MarTech stack (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) Drive innovation in digital channels and campaign formats Execution & Optimization Oversee multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, social, website) Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Sales, Product, Content, and Regional Marketing teams Guide and mentor the Digital Marketing Specialist Define KPIs and dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. Use data to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and channel mix. Oversee website performance, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization.








Your profile



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) Strong command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Data-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented Collaborative and open to feedback and learning Proven success in lead generation and pipeline acceleration. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
