Digital Marketing Manager
London - Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts globally. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, services, and drive growth across digital channels.
Job Responsibilities The global marketing team may be compact but it has a broad range of skills that are allocated across key roles, such as the Global Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Graduate and Marketing Operations Manager. Furthermore specialist skills are outsourced externally to dedicated agencies.
You will demonstrate outstanding business insight, with the ability to identify new business prospects within an existing customer base.
The Program Lead will need to be adaptable to changes in the market and technology. They will need to adjust strategies accordingly to for the company to stay relevant with its customers.
The ability to monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts, using various metrics to assess their effectiveness. Also analyse data to make data-driven decisions and optimise future strategies.
The need to uphold and reinforce the company's image and values in all marketing activities. Additional key duties and accountabilities of the role will include;

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimise target campaigns for AI, SEO, GEO
  • Email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, sales) to create cohesive marketing messages.
  • Manage digital marketing and agency budgets to ensure ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platforms and technologies in digital marketing.
Key Skills A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing efforts.
Experience of SalesForce and Pardot metrics/reporting. Customer data and campaign performance measurement.
Customer centric approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills Knowledge of B2B, financial or technology sectors.
Digital marketing expertise, with the ability to share knowledge with the marketing team and keep abreast of emerging technologies.
Project management with the ability to oversee campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Certification in Google ads or analytics.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience Significatant experience in digital marketing, with proven track record.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SalesForce (or similar).
Strong understanding of how to optimise for AI.
