Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role



This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded digital marketer to take full ownership of our digital strategy and performance. You will shape the online engine that drives new patient enquiries, brand visibility and commercial growth.

You'll lead on paid advertising, content creation, SEO/AEO, social media, CRO, website performance, email automation and analytics, ensuring every campaign, creative and optimisation contributes directly to business success.

Working closely with the CEO, Patient Experience & Sales Manager and external agencies, you'll act as the digital heartbeat of the practice, using your expertise to build predictable, repeatable and scalable marketing systems.

To accelerate this growth, we are seeking a results-driven, creative and strategically minded Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence, visibility, to generate high-quality leads, drive a predictable flow of new patient enquiries and deliver consistent brand excellence across all digital channels.

What You'll Be Responsible For



Digital Strategy & Growth



Build and execute a digital marketing strategy that consistently drives high-quality new patient enquiries Develop end-to-end lead-generation funnels across paid, organic, email and social Ensure all digital activity aligns with commercial goals and growth priorities

Paid Media & Performance



Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube campaigns Manage budgets, test audiences and creatives, and continuously improve CPL and ROAS Analyse ad performance daily and implement improvements to maximise results

Social Media & Content



Lead and grow our social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,Facebook and LinkedIn Create premium content including reels, videos, graphics, testimonials and educational pieces Oversee content shoots with clinicians and videographers as well as creating your own content

Website, SEO & AEO



Improve website visibility, ranking, technical SEO, page authority and local search optimisation Ensure the website reflects our luxury brand identity and converts visitors into enquiries Collaborate with developers and SEO partners to strengthen performance

CRO & Analytics



Analyse behaviour using GA4, CRO tools, heatmaps and funnel tracking Implement A/B tests, UX improvements and data-driven optimisations Build dashboards and provide insight-led reporting for leadership

Email Marketing & CRM



Create newsletters, nurture sequences, reactivation campaigns and automated flows Improve retention, reactivation and engagement through segmented communication

Agency & Vendor Management



Coordinate PPC, SEO, design and video agencies Ensure all partners deliver strong ROI and maintain consistent brand standards

Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting



Report weekly and monthly on traffic, CPL, ROAS, conversions and social metrics Work closely with the Patient Experience & Sales Manager to align marketing activity with lead quality, conversion outcomes and patient insights

Who You Are



A commercially sharp digital marketer with 3-5+ years' experience Someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking and data fluency Confident managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools and social content A strategic thinker with exceptional hands-on execution skills Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning multiple projects Excited by the idea of building a high-performing, premium digital presence A great communicator with the confidence to influence internal and external teams
Experience in private healthcare, dentistry, aesthetics or luxury services is desirable but not essential.

First 30 Days - Audit & Strategy



Complete a full audit across paid, organic, website, email, social and analytics Review all agency activity and current campaign performance Analyse lead quality, conversion trends and patient behaviour Present a refreshed strategic plan with clear targets and KPIs

Day 30-60 - Build & Optimise



Launch updated Meta & Google campaigns Improve landing pages and implement CRO tests Build monthly content pipelines and YouTube assets Implement SEO/AEO enhancements Launch email nurture flows and reactivation campaigns

Day 60-90 - Demonstrate Impact



Show measurable uplift in lead volume and quality Reduce CPL and increase ROAS Deliver improved rankings, traffic and engagement metrics Present a quarterly plan for scaling digital performance Establish digital systems, dashboards and content processes
