We're now looking for a
results-driven Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our digital performance across the group, with a strong focus on
website engagement, paid advertising and driving bookings
. This is a key role for someone who knows how to turn great brands into fully booked venues through smart, creative digital campaigns.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our digital ecosystem, ensuring our websites and paid social channels work together to deliver measurable outcomes. You'll manage advertising budgets across Meta and other platforms, optimising campaigns to drive bookings, event attendance and campaign reach.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimise website performance across all venues, focusing on user journey, engagement and conversion to bookings
Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising budgets across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google and other relevant platforms
Build and manage campaigns with clear objectives: bookings, ticket sales, campaign awareness and audience growth
Track and report on performance using analytics tools (GA, Meta Ads Manager, pixels, conversion tracking)
Continuously test, learn and refine campaigns to improve ROI
Work closely with venue teams to align promotions, events and offers with digital campaigns
Oversee landing pages, booking funnels and campaign-specific web content
Support email marketing and CRM initiatives where relevant
About You
Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns with defined performance goals
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting and budget optimisation
Experience improving website engagement and conversion rates
Confident working with data, analytics and performance reporting
Organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
Experience in hospitality, nightlife or entertainment is a strong advantage
