Digital Marketing Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a digital marketing professional who has an interest in the property industry to join our team in South West London.

James Anderson has six offices in the Barnes, East Sheen and Putney area, providing a full range of selling and letting services, together with expertise in related areas such as surveying, property management and financial services.

Role



You will manage all digital content across the digital platforms, ensuring best practice channel performance across, but not limited to, website, social media, email, paid media and SEO. The Digital Marketing Manager will also drive forward all digital campaigns and development projects to ensure targets and key business delivery is met to deadline and budget.

Tasks and duties include but are not limited to:

Manage the business social media accounts, email marketing, SEO/SEM, brand reputation and advertising efforts; this will include writing copy, developing assets and graphics, and scheduling campaigns across multiple platforms. Create and develop marketing campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and revenue while ensuring all communications are following the business brand guidelines. Measure and analyse campaign success and share key learnings. Understand the audience and consumer behaviour to determine customer profiles accordingly. Update the website with our latest publications and resources, ensuring that website copy is fresh and represents our capabilities and broad impact in the property/financial services sector. Support digital transformation of customer journey to deliver better user experience. Ensure brand tone of voice and language is consistent across all campaigns and owned channels. Own the CRM strategy, including data management and mining according to GDPR laws. Conduct research, data analysis and create reports on a monthly basis of all digital performance. Manage relationships with external teams and suppliers. Provide support and training to staff members. Maintain close relationships with head of Departments, branch managers and key stakeholders (internal and external).

Experience



This role would suit someone who has experience or a keen interest in the property and financial services sector and is able to travel to our offices 5 days a week.

Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM strategies (including Technical SEO), marketing database/CRM, email marketing (HTML), social media, advertising strategies (PPC) and display advertising campaigns is essential. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is essential. Excellent computer proficiency, in particular

MS Office, Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator),

Canva, ideally with knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (Moz, SEMrush). Experience in managing a website CMS ideally Wordpress Photography and video editing skills and graphic design skills. Strong written skills with demonstrated experience in creating copy for content and social media accounts. Great communication and interpersonal skills to interact comfortably and effectively with internal/external teams. Strong administrative, numeric and organisational skills
It is essential you posses the following attributes:

Must live locally or within a reasonable commute to South West London. Well presented, excellent customer care skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Good organisational skills.

Monday -Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
