Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, with a focus on developing and executing effective digital strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads through various digital channels.

Duties



Develop and manage engaging content for corporate website, social media channels, and email marketing. Drive and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings Responsible for data cleansing, preparation, migration, and system integrations to ensure a smooth CRM experience Build email workflows, automation, and reporting tools to deliver high quality sales leads Deliver monthly metric & insight reports to senior management teams Stay ahead of tech, & CRM industry trends to provide the best solutions Work closely with sales and marketing to segment data, develop & refine customer journey solutions Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention. Oversee Google Ads campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management to maximise ROI. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Create engaging video content for the Company website, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels. Responsible for developing innovative, effective and on-going social media content across all channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.) which fall under the Brand strategy. Continue to update/evolve plan and related activity based on emerging trends and opportunities.

Skills



At least 5 years CRM & email marketing experience Experience working with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and a strong understanding of CRM best practices A background in HubSpot data analysis, integrations, or workflow automation Write & build email campaigns within the HubSpot platform Strong analytical and data-handling skills Experience with automation, development of customer journeys, workflows, and CRM integrations Great analytical skills & results reporting, translating CRM dashboards into actionable insights and refining & optimising based on results Proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong understanding of market dynamics within the technology sector. Proficiency in Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly across various stakeholders. Pay: 40,000.00-52,000.00 per year
