About The Role
This role reports into the Head of Marketing , the Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, website management, track and report on all digital channels for UKMC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by managing digital campaigns and overseeing the digital marketing function. This role will be located in our Manchester campus and will manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager role will involve:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on website management, brand awareness and reporting
Lead the implementation and management of google analytics
Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategy, and analytics with a strong focus on user journey.
Write content including but not limited to: Articles, blogs, case studies, success stories, website copy, landing pages, social and email marketing content
Work with wider departments to create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for diverse platforms
Maximise the use of our CRM for segmentation, campaign automation, lead management, and performance analytics
Align digital marketing initiatives with commercial objectives through impactful, multi-channel campaigns.
Own the full campaign lifecycle-from concept and execution to analysis.
Track and analyse key metrics including ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Implement a data-driven approach to refine strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Develop dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent messaging.
About You:
A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:
Extensive of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in lead generation and website analytic management
5+ years' experience in a digital marketing managers role
Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimising end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Skilled in using software including HubSpot CRM for campaign automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Hands-on experience with platforms including Google analytics, Google Ads, and major paid social channels.
A good understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
Data-driven and analytical, with a strong ability to interpret metrics and leverage dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
Extensive background in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
Line management experience required
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
A great teammate that supports their colleagues and doesn't act as an individual
