We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services across our varied businesses. They will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.)
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
Analyse website traffic and digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics tools
Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated marketing workflows
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging content tailored to each channel
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Oversee social media strategy and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Experience in managing budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Experience with e-commerce platforms
