Digital Marketing Manager

Tokyo Industries is a forward-thinking group of diverse venues including some of the most iconic venues in the club and live music scene but also bars, hotels and a theatre. We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager who is a creative thinker who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership in a high-impact role. You will be responsible for building and optimising the firm's digital presence, optimising CRM, leading digital campaigns, and driving performance across all channels alongside a small team of talented people.

What you will be doing:

CRM:



- Leading an inhouse dedicated CRM manager to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and email marketing strategy

- Drive database growth and ensure GDPR compliance

- Guiding teams to produce engaging and effective campaigns

- Using targeting and analytics to deliver engagement, conversion, and customer retention

- Stay ahead of CRM and email marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to improve results

SEO & Web:



- Keeping the venues websites current with the correct content and offering the customer an enjoyable user experience

- Support keyword optimisation, technical SEO, and improve user journeys to boost site performance

- Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and ROI

Socials:



- Guide individual sites to ensure they are optimising their social media presence

- Ensuring individual brand identities are developed and maintained across all channels

- Track and analyse social performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

- Ensure advertising budgets are being spent effectively

Requirements

- Proven success in a previous similar role

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Ideally Atreemo)

- Confident with optimising website performance including SEO and analytic tools

- Understanding of GDPR regulations

- People skills to lead your small team and to provide all the sites the support they require and also to work alongside the diverse on-site teams

- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.

- Commercially astute

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
