The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing and implementing PPC campaigns to generate qualified leads into the business, a solid understanding of SEO, and expertise in project management. You will be responsible for managing campaigns budgets, analysing performance metrics, and in a more traditional marketing sense developing the tone and positioning of our suite of brands.
Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals to fundamentally drive enquiries into the business.
Oversee the management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels.
Working with the development team progress SEO optimisation, content creation, and social media management.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Create engaging copy for digital content, including email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website updates.
Lead the planning and execution of email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing graphics for campaigns and social media content.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO, B2B marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copywriting for diverse audiences.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management and project coordination.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights to optimise campaigns effectively.
