Location: Salford
Salary: 47,000-52,000 (ideally 50,000)
We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing tech business on a mission to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive sustainability--all while ensuring compliance and safety.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but ambitious team, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping digital strategy while remaining very hands-on with implementation. You'll be stepping into a broad digital position that touches all key channels, making this a perfect role for someone who loves variety and is ready to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting and relieving some of the strategic planning responsibilities from the Head of Marketing
- Taking ownership of digital implementation across multiple channels
- Balancing strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- Driving B2B lead generation campaigns with a focus on quality and ROI
- Overseeing the company website, ensuring performance, optimisation, and content delivery
- Managing and optimising Paid campaigns, SEO, Email, and CRM activity
- Bringing a commercial and analytical mindset to help scale digital performance
- Bringing big energy, being proactive adaptable, and eager to help shape the future of a growing brand
