Job Description

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, video, and paid advertising. Your role will combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to drive measurable growth for clients. Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, you'll introduce innovative approaches, introduce new ideas, and ensure best practices across all digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Digital Growth Strategy

Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple clients. Analyse client performance data and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and implement optimisation strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Digital Experience Manager, and wider internal and external client teams to ensure campaigns meet business objectives. Introduce new tools, approaches, and processes to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
SEO & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Lead client SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation. Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to enhance search visibility and user experience. Ensure SEO insights inform content planning, social campaigns, and client reporting. Implement backlinking strategies and support major technical SEO updates. Collaborate with our SEO & CRO Specialist to ensure best practices are applied across campaigns.
Social Media & Content Marketing

Manage the creation of monthly social media content calendars aligned with client objectives. Lead on content production, scheduling, and audience engagement across all platforms. Monitor trends, respond to audience interactions, and position clients as thought leaders. Support email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, execution, and performance analysis.
Paid Advertising

Collaborate with our Digital Experience Manager to develop, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and bid management. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting

Track and measure KPIs across the entire marketing spectrum. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimisation. Implement A/B testing and data-driven experiments to continuously improve campaign results.
Project & Client Management

Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality output. Maintain marketing assets, schedules, and documentation for seamless execution. Collaborate across account management, content, design, and digital teams. Maintain regular communication with clients, reporting progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Continuous Learning & Development

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, campaign strategies, and client outcomes.

EXPERIENCE



Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing roles, preferably managing multi-channel campaigns. Expertise in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, keyword research, and backlink strategies. Demonstrated success in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Experience with social media content planning, production, scheduling, and audience engagement. Proficiency in email marketing, including segmentation and performance analysis. Strong skills in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). Ability to use project management and marketing tools to coordinate multiple client campaigns. Experience in client-facing roles, providing reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
