THE COMPANY:



Energist supplies high quality products to the medical and aesthetic treatment sectors via a worldwide network of distributors. Its products are largely electro-mechanical in nature and are assembled both in-house, at its Swansea manufacturing facility, and by specialist sub-contractors based in the locality.

As a registered medical device manufacturer, Energist maintains a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 13485 & FDA CFR 21

THE ROLE:



The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager role are (but are not limited to):

Manage and coordinate the digital marketing team

- including freelancers, external agencies and creative partners to deliver against the agreed digital marketing plan.

Oversee digital marketing activity across all channels, including:



Brand channels (website, organic social, email marketing) Paid media (primarily paid social and paid search) Partner-led campaigns and PR related activity

Manage the creation, curation and delivery of digital content,

ensuring that all assets (copy, imagery, video and design) are on brand, high quality, and aligned with campaign objectives and regulatory standards.

Own and manage the content and campaign calendar

, ensuring all digital activity is aligned, well-timed and efficiently executed.

Work with the wider marketing team to develop and refine NeoGen's core content and messaging framework

across both B2B and B2C audiences - ensuring consistency and clarity across every channel and campaign.

Implement the COPE methodology

("Create Once, Publish Everywhere") to maximise reach, consistency and efficiency across platforms and channels.

Collaborate closely with the sales team

to ensure digital marketing activity supports commercial objectives and lead progression.

Work with our Customer Success Manager

to create and deliver digital campaigns and content that help clinic partners attract more patients and maximise treatment sales.

Manage content on the website and optimise website performance

through SEO, UX improvements and analytics tracking, ensuring the site supports both lead generation and progression, and brand visibility.

Oversee paid media performance

(social and search) - briefing, approving and monitoring campaigns to deliver measurable ROI.

Develop, test and scale email marketing programmes

to support lead generation and progression, and nurture our clinic partners.

Contribute to international expansion

, supporting European markets and global distributors with digital marketing strategy, assets and performance insights.

Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics

, using data to inform continual improvement and campaign optimisation.

Support the growth of the digital marketing function

, identifying opportunities to bring capabilities in-house and recruiting team members as the business scales.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:



3-5 years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B/B2C brand or agency environment. Strong understanding of multi-channel digital marketing - including paid, owned, and earned media. Proven ability to manage external agencies and creative suppliers effectively. Confident managing content strategy and creation across multiple formats (social, email, web, video). Hands-on experience with WordPress, including content management, basic layout updates, and collaboration with developers or designers to optimise site performance. Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools. Exceptional organisation and project-management skills; able to plan and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communicator - able to collaborate with marketing, sales, and clinical professionals. Passion for aesthetics, beauty or med-tech sectors a distinct advantage. Curious, commercially minded, and eager to grow within a fast-scaling, innovative business.

RELATIONSHIPS:



The role is based within the Marketing Department but is by nature cross-functional with other departments- principally the sales and customer success function.

REPORTS:



This position will manage external agencies, freelancers and creative partners in the short term. Longer term it is likely that will include the management of an in-house team as the business scales.

WORKING HOURS:



Standard hours are 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday, with a break between 10:30-10:45 and then lunch 13:00-13:45, and 08:00 to 13:00 on Fridays with a break between 10:30-10:45. Working outside these hours may be required to meet the demands of the position.

Paid holiday entitlement is 25 days plus statutory public holidays.

TRAVEL:



Travel outside the office will be required, which may include foreign travel. It is desirable that the employee has use of a car and they will need a full driving licence and passport.

If deemed necessary through the Company Risk assessment process and protocols, additional PPE will be allocated in line with risk assessment requirements.
