What to expect
As the Digital & Marketing Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable roles, responsible for leading customer acquisition and brand awareness for insurance products through paid digital channels, including Google and Bing Search, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate marketing. This role is focused on performance marketing, campaign optimisation, and leveraging organic search strategies to enhance the impact of paid media.
You will play an active role in delivering the Insurance strategy and commercial objectives, consistently modelling best practices and maintaining a strong customer first mindset.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you have proven experience in Digital & marketing within financial services.
In addition to this, you will:
  • Be proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Have hands on experience with key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate networks.
  • Experience of implementing change and driving improvements in organisational performance and culture, achieving the buy in of all key stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively, setting clear expectations and embedding a high-performance culture
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Travel Insurance products.
