We're looking for a confident and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll manage client projects, communicate directly with clients, deliver hands-on marketing tasks, and help support our team as we continue to grow. Hybrid working is optional once trained, but you must be able to commute to our office at least 2 days per week.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in SEO, social media management, and project management, as well as proficiency in various digital tools and platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring the alignment of marketing activities with organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC (Google Ads/Meta Ads), and content marketing.
Act as a main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication.
Liaise with the sales team for seamless client handovers.
Edit videos and photos using any editing platform/software you prefer.
Manage and optimise company websites using WordPress (or Similar) to ensure high performance and user engagement.
Lead the creation of compelling copy for campaigns, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Attend or supervise client content shoots when required.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Oversee social media management efforts to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Organise and lead projects related to B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen client relationships and expand market reach.
Supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
SEO knowledge with the ability to optimise content for search engines effectively.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visual content.
Confident video/photo editing skills.
Extensive experience with WordPress website management.
Experience in Google Ads/Meta Ads campaign setup and optimisation is a bonus but not necessary.
Experience in skills using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis tools.
Exceptional copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences across various channels.
Expertise in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite including WordPress, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools.
Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and communication skills necessary for engaging corporate clients.
Support and help develop marketing apprentices.
Effective communication skills in English with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
Location & Working Style
Must be able to commute to our office near Uckfield. - Driving Licence Essential.
Ideally based locally (East Sussex and surrounding areas).
Hybrid working is available once trained.
