About our client
Our client - the property marketing experts. They think, create, and do. It's no more complicated than that.
They specialise in helping estate and letting agents, and suppliers to the sector, grow their market share and drive results through brilliant, straightforward marketing that actually works. They blend strategy, creativity, proptech, AI and data to deliver full-mix marketing for some of the UK's most ambitious property brands.
No jargon. No fluff. Just brilliant marketing, clear thinking, and measurable results.
In 2025 we were named UK Marketing Agency of the Year for the property sector - so when you join, you're joining a nationally recognised, award-winning team that's trusted by property brands across the country.
About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all things digital for Marketing - across our own brand and our growing portfolio of property clients.
This is a hands-on role for a digital all-rounder who can confidently plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns that drive performance. You'll oversee websites, SEO/GEO, PPC, Meta and email marketing; manage multiple client PropTech systems; and lead on reporting, automation, and AI adoption.
You'll manage online advertising campaigns end-to-end - from Google Ads and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to landing pages and tracking - and you'll use Google Analytics and other analysis tools to understand performance, optimise budgets, and continually improve ROI.
You'll collaborate closely with their copy, design and account management teams to ensure every campaign is aligned with client objectives, on brand, and backed by clear data. You'll also be a key voice in shaping their digital roadmap, keeping their client at the forefront of digital and AI-driven marketing.
They're growing fast, and this role is designed to grow too - with the right person expected to step up to Head of Digital Marketing in the very near future.
