About the role...
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us here in our Walsall office, on a hybrid working pattern, to lead our digital experience, showcasing our products and driving footfall to our stores.
You'll be an expert at SEO and know how to make our digital shop window stand out against our competitors, with the support of a Digital Executive, you'll manage the approach we take and how we communicate to our customers.

Your Impact and Responsibilities...
This role will be a multi-faceted Digital role, focussed broadly across all aspects of digital marketing. This includes website development, ongoing site optimisation, SEO, paid / performance marketing, CRM and product merchandising. Along with:

• Coaching, developing and supporting the Digital Executive.
• Leading on the strategy for our brand and retail-led CRM programme.
• Effectively manage project and operational budgets across web and digital marketing channels.
• Using analytics tools to track site performance, user behaviour and engagement metrics to identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and drive continuous improvement.
• Constantly reviewing categorisation and navigation ensuring we are capturing key trends and providing a seamless experience.

Skills and Knowledge...
For this role we need someone who has over 2 years experience in a similar position, having taken the lead on managing websites, retail industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential; with brilliant technical and hands on knowledge of SEO, website optimisation and how to increase customer engagement. You'll have experience of managing third parties, a track record of online merchandising and know how to use a variety of analytic tools.
