This role will combine office management, team coordination, and administrative support with a major focus on Paid Search campaigns, helping to drive growth for our clients and agency.
Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager will ensure the smooth running of the PPC office while taking a leading role in planning, executing, and optimising Paid Search campaigns for the Marketing Team.

, including two Paid Search specialists, supporting their development, performance, and workload management.
Key Responsibilities - Paid Search & Marketing
Manage, monitor, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align Paid Search campaigns with overall client strategy.
Generate performance reports and insights to support marketing decision-making.
Ensure budgets and targets for Paid Search campaigns are met or exceeded.
Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to maximise campaign performance.
Team Leadership
Act as line manager for a team of four, including two Paid Search specialists.
Manage workloads, development, and performance appraisals for the Marketing Team.
Provide coaching, guidance, and accountability to ensure high performance and career growth.
Coordinate weekly Check & Review (C&R) meetings and follow-up actions.
Office Management & Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and welcoming workplace.
Open and close the office daily, maintaining presentation standards.
Manage utilities, supplies, and facilities, including office cleanliness and ordering materials.
Welcome clients and visitors, manage the doorbell, and provide refreshments.
Organise team events, birthdays, and company celebrations.
Carry out occasional small errands for the Managing Director.
Systems & Process Development
Support the review and improvement of internal systems to enhance efficiency.
Assist with integration of new CRM and workflow systems.
Key Skills & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
Proven experience in Paid Search campaign management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, PPC).
Experience in office coordination, administration, or marketing operations.
Strong leadership and line management experience for a small team.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Paid Search platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, solution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
