Digital Marketing Officer
to drive our online presence and student recruitment campaigns.
Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all digital marketing efforts, including student recruitment campaigns, paid advertising, SEO, content strategy, and performance analytics. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and results-driven marketer with experience in education, training, or student-facing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost student recruitment
Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube campaigns
Create, optimise, and monitor paid campaigns for lead generation and enrolment growth
Lead SEO, website optimisation, and landing page improvements to increase conversions
Plan and produce social media content, email marketing, and automations
Analyse campaign performance (GA4, Meta Analytics, CRM dashboards) and provide insights
Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to align marketing with recruitment targets
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for paid media
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (education sector preferred)
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
Proven experience in lead generation and student recruitment funnels
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
Experience in higher education or student recruitment
Knowledge of WordPress/website CMS management
Familiarity with graphic content tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.
Preferred Language Skills (Mandatory):
Candidates must be able to speak
at least one
of the following languages:
Ukrainian, Latvian, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, or Russian
