KSEYE Group is an established bridging finance company specialising within the bridging and short-term lending markets. The company is experiencing an exciting growth period and is now keen to welcome a Digital Marketing Officer to its Marketing division. This is an all-round new marketing role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability and interest in digital communications, with a clear focus on SEO, data driven decisions and the analytical side of marketing. This role will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, other internal departments and an external marketing agency. The company are looking for an energetic individual with previous digital marketing experience, ideally within a financial services or professional services environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase the companys visibility for key bridging finance search terms, improving organic traffic and lead generation.
Conduct keyword research specific to property finance, short-term loans, and intermediary markets to guide content creation and on-page optimization.
Monitor and report on SEO performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track keyword rankings, traffic sources, and conversion metrics.
Manage Google Analytics dashboards to provide regular insights on website performance, campaign ROI, and customer behaviour across digital channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to ensure consistent and effective digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
Create and manage paid digital campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, and display) in collaboration with external partners to drive qualified leads to the lenders website.
Oversee social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platformsdeveloping and scheduling content that supports brand awareness and broker engagement.
Engage with online communities and industry groups, responding to enquiries, comments, and discussions to enhance the lenders professional reputation.
Coordinate content marketing efforts, including blog posts, landing pages, and press releases, ensuring all materials are optimized for SEO and aligned with brand tone.
Liaise with third-party digital agencies, PR partners, and technology vendors to deliver integrated campaigns and manage performance expectations.
Manage all internal marketing tasks, working closely with internal teams, including but not limited to; company newsletter management, documentation branding and creation, alignment of branding guidelines and ensuring documentation and external imagery are up to date.
Analyse user journeys and conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and broker onboarding.
Prepare monthly digital performance reports for senior management.
Monitor competitor activity across digital channels to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the bridging finance sector.
Education & Experience
Ideally, at least 2 years previous marketing experience.
Essential: Previous digital marketing experience.
Understanding of general online/offline marketing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in media or corporate communications.
Proven experience working on SEO campaigns Essential.
Knowledge of CRM software tools.
