Digital Marketing Officer - Full Time, 6-month FTC.




Do you have proven experience in email marketing and campaign automation, Salesforce CRM/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Umbraco?


Can you show proficiency with website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms?


Do you have strong written and verbal communication skills?

The role




A full time, 6-month FTC position for a Digital Marketing Officer to drive email marketing campaigns and ensuring the seamless digital operation of the National Pharmacy Association's website and membership portal.


To have experience in building, monitoring and reporting with Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud or similar marketing CRM software for campaign automation and management. Integrating all online activities and across social media, events and the website to better engage existing members and generate new members and customers, and to be responsible for monitoring website functionality, uploading content, ensuring optimisation and addressing any technical issues in collaboration with the IT team or external vendors.

Hybrid-working pattern:

Home working blended with at least 1 day per week working at the NPA'S Head Office, just outside of London.

The candidate




Your key attributes:

Strong understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance standards Familiarity with HTML/CSS for embedding and troubleshooting forms or web content is a plus Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Experience of maintaining large, complex websites, including approving content, making sure in-house web guidelines are followed, and generally supporting a range of content creators within the organisation Knowledge of modern content good practice and experience of working with colleagues to create easy to find, easy to understand content for a complex organisation's website Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tracking processes Knowledge of user experience (UX) and accessibility principles for desktop and mobile websites and experience of conducting user testing sessions to improve user experience.
