Golf 2 Golf is a family-run, multi-brand business operating within the women's golf and lifestyle sector. We are looking for a
hands-on Digital Marketing & Paid Media Executive
to support and help drive our
online advertising, email marketing and social content
across all brands.
This is an
in-house role
offering real responsibility and variety, ideal for someone with digital marketing experience who enjoys both
performance-led campaigns
and
content planning
. You'll work closely with the wider team in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, with scope to grow and develop as the business evolves.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Online Advertising
Assist in the planning, setup and optimisation of
Google Ads
(Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
Manage and optimise
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram)
Support and manage
Amazon Advertising
Monitor budgets, ROAS and CPA, and identify optimisation opportunities
Test creatives, copy and audiences to improve performance
Produce regular performance reports and insights
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Support the management of
Klaviyo
across all brands
Build and send email campaigns for launches, promotions and seasonal activity
Assist with creating and improving automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
Segment audiences to improve engagement and conversion
Review performance metrics and help optimise future campaigns
Social Media, Content Planning & Shoots
Assist with
content planning
aligned to campaign and trading calendars
Support and assist during
content shoots
, including product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content
Work with internal teams to capture content suitable for ads, email and social
Help ensure content is consistent with brand tone and commercial objectives
Identify content opportunities that support paid media performance
Collaboration & Marketing Support
Work closely with e-commerce, buying, design and operations teams
Support product launches and key trading periods
Contribute ideas and insights across marketing activity
Help identify trends and opportunities across digital channels
About You
Experience in
digital marketing or paid media
(in-house or agency)
Familiarity with
Google Ads, Meta Ads and email marketing platforms
(Klaviyo preferred)
Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
Creative, organised and detail-oriented
Confident managing multiple brands and campaigns
Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop your skills
Comfortable being office-based and part of a close-knit, family-run team
Happy to be involved in
content planning and shoot days
