Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement.
Conduct SEO optimisation on website content using tools like WordPress and analyse website traffic with Google Analytics to improve search engine rankings.
Oversee PPC campaigns through Google Ads, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.
Create compelling copy for websites, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing visual content that enhances campaign appeal.
Manage projects efficiently using project management tools, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Analyse campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for internal presentations.
Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing strategies to strengthen client relationships and expand market reach.
Lead cross-functional teams when necessary, demonstrating leadership skills while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Maintain organisational standards by managing schedules, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in management tools such as WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft persuasive copywriting tailored to target audiences.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively using time management techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and B2B marketing strategies is essential.
Experience in social media management across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing projects or teams preferred.
