Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and confident Retail & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, loves fashion, and feels comfortable creating content for social media.

You will be working inside our clothing store, helping with daily shop operations AND managing our online presence to attract more customers.

Responsibilities

In-Store Duties

Handle the till/cash register confidently and accurately Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude Keep the store tidy, organised, and visually appealing Restock shelves and maintain product displays Assist with inventory checks and deliveries Provide excellent customer service at all times
Social Media Duties

Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, TikToks, reels) Schedule and post regular social media updates Reply to online messages, comments, and customer inquiries Promote new arrivals, sales, and in-store events Help grow our online audience and boost brand visibility
Requirements

Previous retail experience preferred (not essential) Confident using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc. Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Creative mindset with basic photography/video skills Must be available 25-40 hours per week (flexible schedule based on profile)

Pay: 24,420.00-53,851.51 per year
