As our Digital Marketing / SEO & Digital Content Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our digital presence supports our mission, improves access to care, and drives business growth.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include to:
take strategic and hands-on responsibility for the hospital's digital marketing strategy and implementation, aligned to the wider marketing plan, and in compliment to the communication strategy.
reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing & Sales and working alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead the planning, execution and performance of our digital efforts across all our multiple platforms
be responsible for developing and evolving our digital presence with the goal of increasing visibility, engagement, conversion and impact - particularly through SEO, content marketing, social media and PPC.
manage our website (WordPress), social presence, digital agency relationships, content pipeline and reporting dashboards, always ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business KPIs. You will help grow our customer databases, explore how we can optimise engagement, while maintaining quality control and compliance to relevant regulations (like GDPR etc).
About you
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Educated to degree level in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field with excellent English writing skill - both creative and technical.
Demonstrable experience managing and improving complex, fact-based websites, ideally using WordPress, developing paid media campaigns with proven ROI, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or sector-specific platforms), with practical experience as to improving customer conversion, data segmentation, setting-up customer journeys to enable appropriate message automation.
Excellent copywriting, content creation, and visual communication skills - adopting brand voice & tone with strong project management skills - highly organised, with a keen eye for detail.
Insightful Data-led storyteller; experienced using analytics to inform campaigns & optimise performance.
