32,000 per annum, plus Pension, Life Assurance, EAP, Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Performance Awards, Long Service Awards and opportunities for training and development.


Location:

Hybrid - home working with attendance at our Slough site, CLEAN sites and other locations at least two days per week



About the role





Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting new role to fill in our Marketing Team.



We're looking for a proactive and data-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to manage and optimise our websites to drive marketing-qualified leads. This is a hands-on role focused on website content, SEO, CRO and landing page optimisation, working closely with internal teams and specialist agencies.



You'll take ownership of two key websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and optimised for search engines, generative search and user experience. If you enjoy combining technical SEO, analytics and creative problem-solving to improve performance, this role offers real autonomy and impact.



Key responsibilities




Manage and optimise website content to improve search visibility, usability and conversion rates Create, implement and optimise landing pages for campaigns and lead generation Apply SEO best practices and adapt to emerging Generative Search Optimisation trends Collaborate with SEM agencies and internal teams to execute SEO/SEM strategies Monitor, analyse and report on website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

using Craft CMS Creating new webpages, product pages and landing pages for campaigns, launches and SEO initiatives Implementing technical and content updates based on performance data and business priorities Using tools such as

BrightEdge, GA4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Crazy Egg and Leadoo

to analyse performance and improve conversion rates Applying on-page SEO techniques including metadata, keyword optimisation, internal linking and schema markup Working closely with external web developers and SEM agencies to deliver improvements Conducting A/B testing and optimising CTAs, forms and page layouts Collaborating with marketing, sales, customer service, HR and HSE teams to align digital activity with commercial objectives Researching competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities





Essential:




Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline Proven experience managing and optimising websites using a CMS Demonstrated success delivering SEO improvements and increased search performance Strong understanding of on-page SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) Confident using analytics tools such as GA4 and Search Console to drive decisions Highly organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities Proof of Right to Work in the UK.



Desirable:




Experience in a B2B services environment Experience working with SEM agencies and managing paid search activity Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Spotler, HubSpot) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Basic graphic design or copywriting skills Knowledge of accessibility best practices
