Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement across multiple online platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with strong management, analytical, and organisational skills to make a significant impact on our company's growth. The successful applicant will possess a solid understanding of Google Shopping, SEO, social media management including Meta Ads.

Duties



Develop, implement, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing. Manage and oversee social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and engagement with target audiences. Conduct SEO audits and optimise website content using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop to improve search engine rankings. Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies. Create compelling copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts that align with brand voice and marketing objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met; manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management techniques. Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for digital growth; stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and best practices. Foster strong communication within the team to ensure alignment of marketing goals; demonstrate leadership in managing external vendors or agencies when necessary.

Qualifications



Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns. Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress and Google Sheets & Docs Experience with AI tools like Canva & ChatGPT Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.

Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Office to be on site at the showroom Report to the Directors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
