We're looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Apprentice who's excited to learn, quick to pick things up and apply them, and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

If you live on social media, love a good design or creative writing session, and want to turn creativity into a real career, this could be for you.

You'll be supported every step of the way, learning a wide range of digital marketing skills while working with real clients across multiple industries.

We work with brands in travel & tourism, hospitality, manufacturing, property, law, beauty, automotive, and more - from one-person startups to multi-million-pound businesses. No two days are ever the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience across the full digital marketing mix.

What You'll Learn & Be Involved In:

This is a hands-on, learn-by-doing apprenticeship - no boring textbook stuff here!

You'll be right in the thick of it, learning how modern digital marketing actually works and putting what you learn into action straight away - turning ideas into results that help drive real growth and revenue for our clients, all while being supported by the team every step of the way.

You'll be:

Creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & Pinterest Helping build monthly social media calendars that balance creativity with performance Writing content that people actually want to read Learning how SEO works (and why it matters) while helping update and improve client websites Supporting email campaigns that get opened, clicked, and converted Brainstorming ideas with the team and bringing them to life for real clients
If you're quick to learn, good at taking feedback on board, and enjoy moving from instruction to execution, you'll thrive here. Bring the energy and willingness to learn - we'll teach you the rest.
