Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our talented team in Eastleigh.
The Opportunity
Operating within a dynamic, fast-moving industry, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive awareness, engagement and conversions.
Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be involved in data-driven decision-making, strong technical execution, and close collaboration with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact. Role responsibilities will include:

  • Create, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & other platforms;
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs;
  • Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta dashboards to track campaign performance;
  • Allocate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly budgets;
  • Monitor competitor activity, trends and new advertising formats.

About You
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills;
  • Google Ads/Display certifications (essential);
  • Facebook Blueprint certification (desirable);
  • Familiar with GA4 and other analytical platforms;
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar arena, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider marketing team.
