Role Overview



We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to own and deliver demand generation, SEO, and content strategies that drive measurable pipeline and customer growth. This is a hands-on role covering the full funnel: from attracting high-quality inbound traffic and creating targeted campaigns, through to converting leads into qualified opportunities in close alignment with sales. You will combine creative content production with a data-driven growth mindset, optimising performance, and ensuring every initiative contributes to awareness, adoption, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities



Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, and events. Build scalable growth strategies to acquire new customers and drive adoption through upsell and cross-sell. Own the lead funnel from awareness to qualified opportunities, ensuring full alignment with sales. Develop inbound programmes using SEO, website optimisation, and organic tactics to attract high-quality traffic. Optimise website structure, content, and user journeys to maximise engagement and lead capture. Create compelling content for campaigns, blogs, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, newsletters, and sales enablement. Align campaigns with audience segmentation, personas, and sector-specific needs. Craft narratives that reflect PageTiger's brand personality and address sector and persona challenges (HR, L&D, Healthcare, etc.). Manage HubSpot workflows for segmentation, automation, lead nurturing, and reporting. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and market alignment. Track engagement and campaign performance by persona, adjusting messaging to improve results. Own reporting on KPIs including CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI. Maintain the editorial calendar to ensure consistent publishing cadence and content themes.

Skills and Requirements



5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation and growth. Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Strong understanding of the full B2B funnel and lead lifecycle. Expertise in SEO, content strategy, and website optimisation. Hands-on experience with HubSpot for automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting. Skilled in campaign management across paid, organic, email, and events. Confident using performance data and KPIs such as CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics. Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats. Experience collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams. Background in high-growth SaaS or scale-up environments.

Remuneration



Up to 40,000 per year.
