Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and B2B platforms. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience while analysing performance metrics to optimise future campaigns. Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including emails, blog posts, and website content to drive engagement and conversions. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies. Utilise Excel for data analysis and reporting on campaign performance, ensuring all activities align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns using analytical tools, making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools and email marketing platforms. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences. Familiarity with B2B marketing practices is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
