About your new role



As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, capable of developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, meticulous data analysis, and effective project management.



Key Responsibilities



As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day to day activities:



Digital Marketing, Strategy, and Planning:



Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies which align with overall business objectives.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable objectives for all digital marketing initiatives.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.



Web Strategy and SEO:



Develop and execute a robust web strategy to optimise user experience, conversion rates, and overall website performance.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms and inform content strategy.

Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta descriptions, title tags, heading structures, internal linking).

Monitor website performance using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with SEO algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.



Digital Campaign Execution:



Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns to maximise ROI. This includes keyword selection, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimisation.

Develop and manage engaging social media content calendars and campaigns across relevant platforms. Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.

Collaborate with our product marketing specialist to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content (blog posts, articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics) that resonates with target audiences.

Design, build, and deploy effective email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, using marketing automation platforms. Segment audiences and personalise content for optimal engagement.

Plan and manage display advertising campaigns across various networks.



Data Analysis and Reporting:



Track, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide regular, insightful reports on key metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.

Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.

Conduct A/B testing on various digital elements (ad copy, landing pages, email subject lines) to optimise results



Project Management and Collaboration:



Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external agencies/vendors to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Monitor budgets and allocate resources efficiently across various digital channels.

Requirements



To be successful for this role, you will ideally meet the following requirements:



Desirable:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.

Demonstrable experience managing social media campaigns across various platforms.

Experience with email marketing and CM platforms, ideally with HubSpot

Strong understanding of content marketing principles and lead generation strategies.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, proactive, and a continuous learner.
