Overview



We're seeking a confident and proactive

Digital Marketing Specialist

to take ownership of our day-to-day digital activity. You'll play a key role in managing paid campaigns, AEO, SEO, CRM (HubSpot), content marketing, and performance reporting. The goal is to help us generate leads and engagement without over-relying on external agencies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience who's ready to step up, take more responsibility, and make a measurable impact in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities



PPC & Paid Media



Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, and retargeting)

A/B test ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates Monitor performance and report on ROI, recommending budget adjustments

SEO & AEO Content Marketing



Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for improved rankings Manage blog planning, creation, and publishing (including coordination with freelance writers where needed) Track keyword performance and implement on-page and technical improvements Analyse and maintain technical SEO health through metrics such as:
- 301 redirects and crawlability

- Sitemap indexing and backlinks review

- SEMrush site audit results

- Country and device split performance

- Domain-level access checks and visibility tracking

CRM / Data Management



Manage lead nurturing campaigns and automate customer communications Maintain accurate contact data and ensure campaign tracking integrity

Reporting & Analytics



Monitor digital performance across all channels (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.) Report on key performance indicators and website health metrics such as backlinks, redirects, and crawlability Deliver monthly marketing reports with clear insights and recommendations

Skills & Experience



2-4 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally across PPC, SEO, and CRM/email marketing Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and HubSpot Strong copywriting and communication skills Analytical mindset with confident Excel/Google Sheets abilities Able to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines

Success Measures (KPIs)



Success in this role will be measured through:

Reduction in cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-click (CPC).

15-25% reduction in wasted paid media

Growth in organic sessions and keyword rankings.

Increased lead generation

Improved campaign launch turnaround times.

Engagement growth across LinkedIn and other channels.

Consistent delivery of high-quality monthly reporting.

Smooth reduction in reliance on agency support and associated cost

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
