Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and highly driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

who can take full ownership of our marketing function. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of the

UK travel market

, deep expertise in

social media, online advertising, lead generation

, and a

start-up mindset

. You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and high ROI.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy targeting the UK travel audience. Own the marketing department end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.

Social Media Management:

Create and manage high-performing campaigns across all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc. Maximize platform-specific algorithms, trends, and ad formats to increase organic reach and engagement. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborate with travel content creators.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:

Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and travel-specific platforms. Drive measurable ROI through targeted campaigns for tours, holiday packages, and seasonal offers.

Content & Brand:

Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social media. Build a consistent brand voice tailored to UK travelers and travel trends.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs, campaign results, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies. Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, CRM dashboards, and Meta Business Suite. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Skills:



5+ years of proven experience in

digital marketing

, ideally within the

travel & tourism

sector. Strong understanding of the

UK market

, consumer behavior, and travel seasons. Expertise in paid advertising, SEO, social media growth, and lead generation funnels. Ability to work independently, lead the marketing function, and make data-driven decisions.
