Job Summary:



We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to support the growth of our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of marketing functions, including social media, content creation, email marketing, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to support business objectives

- Manage social media presence and create engaging content for various platforms

- Create and distribute marketing materials, including email newsletters and blog posts

- Plan and execute events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows

- Conduct market research and analyse market trends to inform marketing decisions

- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver marketing campaigns

- Monitor and report on marketing metrics and ROI

Qualifications:



- Essential:



- Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM, CAM, Diploma in Marketing)

- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role (or recent graduate with relevant marketing internship experience)

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, PPC)

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics)

- Desirable:



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Experience with content creation (blog writing, video production)

- Knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics

- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
