About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campaigns across social, content, email, and simple funnels
Optimise landing pages and lead flows; use analytics to improve conversions
Create and repurpose content (short-form, ads, emails; basic SEO/PPC where relevant)
Hold professional discovery calls with warm enquiries
Use templates, tools, and dashboards to work efficiently and independently
Support the onboarding of qualified professionals using structured processes
Ensure smooth communication across the team through established tools and workflows

Minimum of 5 years' professional work experience in Digital/Performance/Content/Growth Marketing
Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
Strong copy and messaging skills; confident with CRM/automation and funnel builders
