You'll help shape the strategic direction for both FutureProof Cornwall and our diverse client portfolio, turning market research into actionable roadmaps and supporting our fulfilment team with bulletproof strategy. What You'll Be Masterminding:

Strategic Development:

Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies for FutureProof Cornwall and our diverse client portfolio

Market Intelligence:

Conduct deep-dive research into industries, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Customer Journey Mapping:

Design customer experiences that guide prospects from awareness to advocacy

Campaign Architecture:

Build strategic frameworks that our fulfilment team can execute flawlessly

Performance Strategy:

Develop KPI frameworks and measurement strategies that prove ROI

Client Strategy Leadership:

Lead strategic discussions with clients, presenting insights and recommendations that drive decision-making

Team Support:

Work closely with our fulfilment team to ensure strategies are actionable and achievable

Innovation Planning:

Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to keep our clients ahead of the curve

Strategic Documentation:

Create clear, comprehensive strategy documents that guide campaign execution

What Makes You Our Perfect Strategic Partner

Essential Strategic Arsenal:

Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development (agency or client-side) Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing ecosystems (SEO, PPC, social, email, content, automation) Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and market research Excellent presentation and communication abilities - you'll be selling strategies to clients and teams Experience with competitive analysis and market positioning Understanding of customer psychology and buyer journey development Project management skills to coordinate strategy implementation Ability to think both strategically and tactically
