Position: Digital Marketing & Technical Operations Manager

Star shine media is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to manage and support the digital and technical side of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimise social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Maintain and improve our CRM system (Go High Level), ensuring smooth lead flow and automation Perform regular website updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements Ensure all domains, emails, and social links are live and functioning properly Provide ongoing technical support related to the day-to-day running of the business Assist with implementing digital solutions to support business growth can run multiple social media and email campaigns ?work very closer with CEO
Requirements:

Proven experience with paid social media advertising Strong understanding of CRM systems (Go High Level experience preferred) Comfortable website maintenance (WordPress or similar platforms)
Can edit website and build websites when needed.

General knowledge of IT systems, domains, email setup, and troubleshooting Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Location: Manchester (hybrid Role remote and office based.

20k a year self employed can work from home must have daily meetings with owner and 1 face to face meeting weekly!
