Job Description


We are searching for a Digital Measurement Manager to join our EMEA Data and Intelligence team for one of our top global clients. This hire will be responsible for overseeing all measurement and analytical reporting frameworks for our clients paid media objectives, while also helping to lay out analytical best practices to our internal teams. \

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute measurement and analytics plans that support the client\'s overall marketing objectives.
  • Performing measurement and analytics focused tasks such as report creation, data analysis, setting learning agenda, creating measurement frameworks.
  • Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, including actionable next steps to improve campaign performance.
  • Understanding of measurement strategy and articulate the importance of measurement.
  • Deliver timely and accurate campaign reporting to clients and internal teams across earned media, organic and paid social, branded content, display/programmatic media, website, influencer, etc.
  • Analysis of client data, identifying patterns, insight, and action from (Google) tools and third-party marketing platforms.
  • Professional communication and relationship building with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in measurement and analytics, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and clients.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital or Performance marketing, specifically measurement and analytics.
  • Good understanding of Paid Media, Measurement and Digital Marketing Analytics
  • Good working knowledge of tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics (certification would be a bonus), and other analytics platforms and measurement techniques.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in a from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Tableau, SuperMetrics and other analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in other performance marketing channels such as SEO and content marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A proven track record providing reporting, measurement, and analytics deliverables.
  • A passion for performance marketing, communications, analytics, and finding innovative solutions for clients.
  • Good knowledge of the analytics process, including tagging and tracking.
  • Ability to understand client goals and how they translate into performance marketing campaigns.
  • A curious mind-set and a desire to interrogate data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of output
  • Good networking skills
  • Proactive / Fixer mentality
  • Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams.
  • (Business) fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
