Interactive Entertainment. This role will manage the planning, implementation, and analysis for console based digital media campaigns, any pan European digital media buys and overseeing eCRM and Website requirements in collaboration with International Territories teams and the global teams. This is a pivotal role in the Games regional team, providing expertise in digital media across International markets, optimization techniques, media platforms, and how to reach gamers and using these techniques to increase engagement and purchase conversion. You'll be be responsible for building and growing relationships with pan-regional media platforms, such as Twitch. This role will support campaigns across various console platforms, but also mobile games and new business models. The DailyLead media planning for digital trade buys on 1st party platforms in conjunction with the International Digital Commerce Manager.Oversee the Regional Digital Trade budget, planning and tracking all investmentsBuild strong partnerships with the 1st party console platform ad sales teams and vendors, understanding the platform opportunities, capabilities and how to optimise execution to drive conversion and strong ROI metrics.Be the regional point of contact with the Americas team to share planning and best practice in respect of digital tradeLead planning and execution of regional pan European consumer media buys, ensuring these are integrated with and compliment Territory media campaigns, e.g. with Twitch.Partner with other internal teams and Territories to drive program integration e.g. across Social and Influencer teams or with Territory media campaignsResponsible for ensuring the delivery of post campaign analysis with clear insight and actionable recommendations.Support Territory teams when required with strategic media guidance and insight.Be the central contact point between Territory and global teams in respect of eCRM campaigns, helping to facilitate communications and needs across the teams.Collaborate with Territory and Global teams on website localizationBe the primary day to day point of contact for the San Francisco Digital marketing team in respect of global media 'User Acquisition media' planning.Provide adhoc support to the regional marketing team when required, e.g. event planningThe Essentials: Experience of digital media planning and buying across multiple international marketsExperience working with 1st party Console owners to plan and buy on console media preferredExperience linking commercial success, consumer insight and media optimisation to decision makingAn understanding of multi-media channels and overall media landscape (Digital, TV, outdoor, cinema and print)Show understanding of and relationships with major media channels such as Facebook, Google and TwitchConfidence in delivering and leading presentations at all levels of the business. Strong strategic mindset with experience of strategic brainstorming, campaign development and understanding of business process.
