Job Overview

We're looking for a creative, organised, and client-focused Digital Media Designer to join our team. You'll play a central role in shaping the visual identity of our clients across multiple platforms, from digital ads and email campaigns to websites and social content. This role combines hands-on design work with project coordination and direct client communication.

This position does require you to work in-house at our studio in Dawlish, Devon. Hybrid options are possible after your probationary period has been successfully completed.

Duties

Design high-quality social media graphics and digital content to support client campaigns Create visually engaging email newsletter artwork and layouts Perform photo retouching and image enhancements Develop and maintain brand-consistent graphic design assets Support website design projects with input on layouts, wireframes, and user experience Work directly with clients to understand objectives, present concepts, and gather feedback Oversee project timelines and schedule marketing assets for delivery Communicate with and manage team members, ensuring clarity across tasks and responsibilities Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables maintain a high standard of quality Stay up to date with current design, marketing, and digital media trends
Skills

2+ years of experience in digital or graphic design (agency or freelance) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma) Strong portfolio showcasing experience in social media design, email campaigns, and web projects Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI fundamentals Organised and self-motivated, with excellent time management and communication skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment Bonus: Experience with CRM platforms, WordPress, Shopify, basic HTML/CSS, or Canva
