We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join this team.




Position Overview:







We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximising our brand presence by delivering efficient media strategies. You will work closely with the Brand Team and media agency partners to optimise our marketing efforts, ensuring that we effectively reaching and engage our target audience.




Major Tasks:






Develop the media strategy in partnership with the Brand Team to address brand objectives and fulfil 'jobs to be done'. Oversee and direct the implementation of the media strategy, ensuring consistency with all funnel objectives. Assess campaign performance and collaborate with media agency partners and the Brand Team to continuously refine and optimize performance. Administer the Media Marketing Stack, focusing on tools, platforms, and technology for planning, execution, and measurement. Lead the measurement framework, including both short- and long-term KPIs such as post-campaign analysis, marketing mix modelling, and assessing sales impact from media activities. Participate in discussions about global media and digital strategy, guidelines, and principles, and apply these collaboratively to develop effective plans. Enhance media and digital skills by mentoring the team and fostering a continuous learning experience. Harness AI to optimize media investments, ensuring transparency and governance in how AI-driven decisions relate spending to ROI and sales outcomes. Maintain strong data governance across media operations, using data responsibly for targeting, measurement, and optimization while upholding brand trust through compliance.



Position Requirements:






Previous experience working with media, in an agency setting. Knowledgeable on key digital media channels, such as SEA, SEO, Programmatic, OLV, and Retail Media. Proven track record in optimising digital and media campaigns. Effective collaborator who can influence cross-functional teams. Results-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. Experimental mindset with a strong commercial acumen, able to manage complex tasks. Experience in working in a consumer goods / health care environment
