Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Digital Outreach Executive to take exciting, untapped opportunities and transform them into game-changing sales prospects. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise in digital outreach through email and LinkedIn, supported by marketing-driven campaigns, to build meaningful connections with potential clients. You'll spark interest and create high-value meetings for the sales team, directly contributing to Hozah's growth. Your efforts will turn initial leads into real, actionable sales opportunities that could significantly accelerate Hozah's success, making a profound impact on the company's commercial growth and the future of urban mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Engage with prospects through email and LinkedIn, blending automated campaigns with personalised one-to-one outreach to secure valuable meetings for the sales team.
Strategic Outreach: Work with curated cold lists to identify potential clients and build strong relationships that convert into real sales opportunities.
Meeting Scheduling: Book high-quality meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with sales goals to drive successful outcomes.
CRM & Data Management: Manage and update prospect information in the CRM system (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and enabling effective follow-up and lead nurturing.
Campaign Execution: Oversee email campaigns using automation tools, while tailoring outreach messages to optimise engagement and response rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the commercial, marketing, and sales teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives, ensuring a smooth handoff of leads.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on outreach performance, meeting generation, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), passing them on to the sales team for further engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
Strategic Copywriting: Proven ability to produce immaculately written marketing copy, paired with strong verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling, professional outreach messages that resonate with prospects.
Prospecting & CRM Expertise: Confident in using a variety of prospecting tools and CRM systems (Zoho preferred) to identify, engage, and manage leads effectively, ensuring streamlined workflows and data-driven insights.
Digital Outreach Proficiency: Skilled in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing automation tools to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and support lead generation efforts.
Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and update prospect information in CRM systems with precision, ensuring accurate data for follow-up and lead nurturing.
Analytical & Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on outreach performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimising strategies.
Team Collaboration & Adaptability: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and commercial teams, while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
