Digital Partner Development Specialist / Manchester / Hybrid

You\'ll make an impact by:

  • Promote and provide guidance on our new e-business measures that enhance web shop data quality for our partners. Conduct regular digital business reviews with Partners.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate distributors on business best practices.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of e-business measures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital business trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to partners, working closely with the wider team.
  • Identify new digital business opportunities for the organisation and our partners.
  • Align with our headquarters to regionally implement new sales and distribution initiatives.
Your defining qualities:
  • Be passionate about joining a new team focused on growing our partners digital business
  • Experience working with digital tools is essential. These may include tools like Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Sequel, Python and more.
  • Whilst the role has technical aspects to it, the candidate should also have an understanding on the business benefits new measures bring for our partners and be able to promote and encourage adoption of them to grow business.
  • Candidates should be able to confidently communicate both internally and with our external partners.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA, Trello or Asana.
  • Candidates should enjoy working as part of a team but also have the ability to work alone under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Any experience and knowledge of the Siemens Product portfolio would be advantageous but is not essential.
