Digital Pharmacy & Content Assistant (On-Site)

:

Elite Meds is a next-generation online pharmacy focused on delivering safe, fast, and personalised treatments to patients across the UK. As we enter a critical growth phase, we're seeking a driven, tech-savvy individual to support and optimise the day-to-day management of our digital platform. This is a varied and hands-on role--ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be part of something meaningful from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Product Management

Add and update product listings on our WordPress-based site Upload product images, update pricing and availability Manage and maintain product questionnaires for regulated medicines Write or edit clear, patient-friendly product content Ensure compliance with GPhC, MHRA, and advertising guidelines Help manage and update service/condition landing pages

Marketing & Social Media

Support the creation of promotional content across email, Instagram, and Facebook Assist with scheduling and managing social posts Contribute creative ideas to help grow the Elite Meds brand Monitor inboxes, comments and help engage with our online audience

AI Tools & Growth Strategy

We're actively integrating AI into our platform -- from content generation to customer interaction You will be encouraged to research and implement AI-powered strategies to help improve workflows, automate content, streamline customer service, and optimise the user experience This might include using tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, or SEO/analytics AI tools to drive growth and efficiency across the website and social platforms

Operations & General Support

Help with stock and dispatch coordination (digitally) Report bugs or usability issues and test platform improvements Collaborate with our tech lead and clinical team on key website updates Maintain logs of product changes, uploads and updates

What We're Looking For:

Technically confident, with good digital/computer literacy (WordPress, Google Sheets, content tools, etc.) Strong writing ability, especially for healthcare products Highly organised and able to manage time independently Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or pharmacy services Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare is preferred but not essential More important is the ability to use and adapt to technology and AI tools confidently A problem-solver with initiative and curiosity - we're looking for someone who wants to make Elite Meds better every day

Working Hours & Location:

Full-time, on-site (Monday-Friday), 9am-5pm Location: [Manton Pharmacy, Richmond Road, Worksop] While we understand some aspects of the role could be performed remotely, we believe that working on-site is essential for the foreseeable future. This ensures the successful candidate gains a deep, immersive understanding of pharmacy operations and can contribute meaningfully to the development of our platform, brand, and processes.
