Salary: 57,003
Location: Ealing office base with hybrid working.
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week

Role Overview
Are you a digital all-rounder with a passion for improving online experiences? We're looking for a confident and collaborative Digital Platforms Manager to lead the development of our websites and intranet-making them more engaging, accessible, and user-friendly for colleagues and customers alike.
Key responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve our digital platforms roadmap
  • Lead enhancements, upgrades, and integrations across CMS and intranet systems
  • Manage CMS operations including permissions, publishing workflows, training, and escalations
  • Oversee supplier relationships and roadmap delivery for CMS and Intranet platforms like Statamic and Interact Intranet
  • Conduct SEO audits, optimise metadata and tagging, and monitor performance to improve visibility and engagement
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google search console, and Algolia to monitor performance and optimise user journeys
  • Champion accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG), GDPR compliance, and UX best practice
  • Collaborate with IT, Communication teams and external suppliers to deliver secure, seamless experiences
  • Manage digital projects from discovery to delivery
  • Use analytics and technical metrics (load times, traffic, etc.) to inform strategy and reporting
More about you
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math's and English (Grades A*- C)
  • Relevant professional/postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in digital project management, digital marketing, and/or digital discovery (e.g. CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing)
  • A relevant project management qualification/ significant experience
  • Good project management experience of major websites, working across the full lifecycle, taking ownership from concept and road mapping, through to delivery, maintenance and ongoing reviews
  • Good technical understanding - particularly around CMS, Intranet and Web technologies, and ideally with Statamic, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Algolia - with the ability to translate technical talk back to the business
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles, accessibility standards and interaction behaviours across all platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to provide advice and guidance for stakeholders at all levels
