WHAT YOU'RE HERE TO DO
At Jamie Oliver, we reach millions of people every day from around the world, who turn to our website, YouTube, and digital channels for trusted recipes, cooking inspiration, and food content.
To support this reach and ambition, we're seeking a digital professional to manage, optimise, and evolve our owned content ecosystem across web, video, and audio. In this role, you'll ensure our recipes, editorial, and multimedia content are well-structured, easy to find, and consistently high-quality, helping millions of people cook better food every day.
We are looking for a proactive, data-driven SEO, Content & Channels Manager to own the digital presence of the Jamie Oliver brand. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of jamieoliver.com, our YouTube channels, and emerging podcast platforms, leading strategies that drive audience growth, engagement and advertising revenue while protecting our trusted global brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Website Management & UX

  • Originate, manage and deliver content across jamieoliver.com, driving a best-in-class customer experience through continuous UX improvements.
  • Act as the product owner for site developments, working closely with developers to brief, test, and implement new features.
  • Execute digital campaigns for key business initiatives, optimising the site and channels for major calendar moments (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
  • Build and maintain websites for the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group franchisees, providing CMS training and governance for international partners.
  • Build exciting brand partnerships across our platforms to give value to our clients like Weber, Samsung and Tefal.
SEO, Discovery & Performance
  • Lead the SEO strategy using tools such as SEMRush to identify growth opportunities and increase ad revenue across written, video and evergreen content.
  • Monitor site health and stay ahead of Google algorithm changes, proactively adjusting strategy to protect traffic and revenue.
  • Identify emerging search, video and content trends, spotting fast-growing formats, themes and channels
  • Regularly report on search performance, website health, audience behaviour and CRM metrics to the wider business.
  • Manage and drive user reviews to boost SEO authority, trust and engagement.
  • YouTube & Video Channel Management
  • Own the strategic management of the Jamie Oliver YouTube channels through Fremantle, ensuring content is optimised for discovery, retention and growth.
  • Work closely with The Head of Publishing, The Head of Social Media and production teams to shape video formats that perform across long-form, short-form and evergreen content.
  • Analyse performance data to identify new and emerging channels, formats and series experiencing rapid growth, and scale them effectively.
  • Optimise metadata, thumbnails, publishing cadence and playlists to maximise reach, watch time and revenue.
  • Collaborate with ad-tech partners to maximise video monetisation while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
Podcasts & Audio Revenue
  • Support the development and optimisation of Jamie Oliver podcast content across platforms
  • Work with commercial and ad-tech partners to grow podcast advertising and sponsorship revenue.
  • Monitor listener growth, completion rates and discoverability, using insights to inform future content and commissioning decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose audio content across CRM, web and video platforms to maximise reach and ROI.
Content & CRM
  • Own the content calendar across website, video and CRM, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, seasonality and emerging food trends.
  • Manage the CRM platform end-to-end, including building, deploying and optimising email campaigns on Oversee digital updates for Ministry of Food and Good School Food Awards, ensuring our social purpose is clearly reflected and discoverable.
  • Stakeholder, Revenue & Governance
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with our ad-tech company to maximise online revenue through video, display and audio advertising, using AI and machine learning where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Brand Director and Data Protection Officer to ensure all digital, video and CRM activity is fully GDPR-compliant.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including strong technical SEO expertise.
  • Proven experience managing high-traffic websites and content-led YouTube or video channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, including video and podcast monetisation.
  • High proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO tools and performance analytics. Knowledge of Klaviyo
  • A strong grasp of data protection laws and GDPR.
  • The ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable content and channel strategies.
  • A meticulous eye for detail across copy, design and functionality.
  • A genuine passion for the digital landscape, with curiosity for emerging platforms, creators and fast-growing content formats.
