Scantech are a family-owned print group established in 1991 who currently have a vacancy in their digital department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of digital equipment and software. Monitoring digital production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Performing routine checks and troubleshooting technical issues. Supporting the team with data entry, file management, and digital archiving. Collaborating with other departments to meet project deadlines. Maintaining accurate records of production activities and reporting any discrepancies. Learning and adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Competencies:

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

Essential Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths. Basic understanding of digital systems and computer operations. Strong communication and organisational skills. Desirable Competencies: Familiarity with digital production tools or software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
